Rashaun Williams grew up on the south side of Chicago and graduated with a degree in Economics and History in 2001 from Morehouse College. After graduation, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and launched VIG-U. In 2005, he began working at Wachovia as an investment banker focused on bond sales and trading. Rashaun also started his own business, Value Investment Group, focusing on private equity in West Africa. In 2009, Rashaun resigned from Wachovia to run Kemet Institute and Value Investment Group full time. Rashaun has been blessed in that his successful career has also propelled his passion for teaching.

Charlie Fyffe is the Founder and Head Pastry Chef of Charlie’s Brownies. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, his passion for the kitchen started at a young age, as he was selling brownies in high school and was tagged with the nicknames “Charlie Brown” and “Charlie Brownies.” While studying at UC Berkeley in the Bay Area, he joined the Baking Club and started to develop new flavors and variations of his original brownie. During his junior year, he landed a deal with one of the coffee shops on campus and started supplying brownies to the student body. After graduating, he moved back to LA and became part of a business incubator known as 100 Urban Entrepreneur and successfully launched CharliesBrownies.com. While taking the risk of starting a business at such a young age, Charlie has taken time out to share his passion and the many lessons he’s learned with younger people through motivational speaking all over the country. One day he aspires to have the number one global brownie brand while helping many people start their own business and live out their dreams.
